The common theme between these magazine is that the image on the cover tends to be a medium-close up/medium-long shot of one or two models. This is consistent with most metal magazines as you can see in the collage above.

The overall style between these mastheads are that they are all mostly large and bold. This is to portray the idea that metal is loud and wants to be heard.
Metal model collage:
These are examples of model images that I can use for my music magazine. As the more famous magazines (kerrang or metal hammer) only use one or two models per cover, I intend to use only one model hens most of the pictures in the collage are of lead singers.
