The contract below has been signed by the model, Danny Ashton and a witness. This therefore allows my to use my model in my magazine and I have written and picture proof.

This is a list which shows the dates and addresses of when and where I am taking my photographs.

The document below expresses the location of where I am taking my images. The information includes the camera, lighting, sound and even a diagram.
