From the last progress update on my cover design, I have added the band name which I have chosen to be LEVIATHAN. The band name is in a font style "BREAK IT" which I downloaded of a free website and adds a broken effect similar to the shattered glass effect therefore the two designs match. Two rectangles (with a layer style) are coming in from both sides at a anti-clockwise angle which variates from the usually straight angle. Metal is all about being unique therefore adding different variations add to the uniqueness which I am trying to portray. They will be used to add as a background to some cover lines to do with the model therefore meaning the writing can stand out.
I have completed the Download advertisement although I thinking it is missing something therefore I will be looking into the design of it in the future as I believe it is too bland.
Tasks I need to complete:
- Edit model photo and add it to the cover.
- Selling line
- Cover lines
- Issue number and price
- Variety of pictures surrounding the model.
